I have seen this before. Depends on the framework you use but this normally ends up being caching for me.

When you are removing the logging are you using “undo” or a github revert as that would end up having the same signature for the caching engine.

Worth a try to remove the logging but ensure you add a new line or change something existing to ensure the cache does not use the old version again.

If that works you can go look at the cache engine in more detail.
