I see ppl on LinkedIn asking "Does Scrum require (or prohibit) X." Wrong question, IMO. Stop pleasing Scrum. Start pleasing the customers and helping the team be more effective. Being "good at Scrum" is a worthless goal. Be good at creating effective teams and happy customers.
