@flipkartsupport@motorola Just keep an eye on your technician visits, there are a lot of scams both from technician end and from authority who approve those reports, Moto accepted the issue and replaced it, but tech visit report said "properly working", "no report generated, fixed by trbleshooting at door
Some days passed and finally the issue got actually "resolved", noone would believe this but @motorolaindia called me and provided me an alternate device. and not @Flipkart, Flipkart keep an eye on your tech visits. Flipkart : 0, Motorola : 1. Thanks to @motorola community forum.
Hello @motorolaindia@Moto_Support ,bought edge 60 fusion, within 2 days,I noticed video lags in all yt,insta,fb. tried replacing on @Flipkart@flipkartsupport they rejected it,service center software fix didn't work. If it doesn't get replaced,I'm never buying @MotoIndia again

Now @Flipkart 's excuse is that I should have contacted service center in 7 days rather than applying for replacement through Flipkart π€‘π£οΈ. I provided the job sheets, still they denyπ€‘
@motorolaindia@Moto_Support ate my money and left no crumbsπ€‘, I literally made them a google drive folder specifically for them to see the issue with their own eyes. But apparently they seem blind and listen whatever the service center says. I have the video folder.
