On my recent order, the assigned delivery partner Ayush Rana charged additional money for delivering my order no 163340884689.This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated as it is not only against company policies but also reflects poor standards @SwiggyCares
Adding to it, now @flyspicejet has cancelled the ticket without any intimation. Moreover the refund is initiated that they have levied cancellation charges. Now when we are connecting with customer support they are saying it's not in their power to provide any resolution.

Dont fly with @flyspicejet very unprofessional behaviour of staffs and no resolution till now contacted several times just giving excuses like system is down we are working.TAT failed false commitment given by sales team before making the booking. @DGCAIndia@ConsumrConxion
