@JackDaySocial So it’s always important to push through those struggles days. Once the body realised that nothing bad happens with this new routine the resistance would reduce.
@JackDaySocial Yh it’s because body is used to the other pattern which it considers safe. So once we try to do anything different it tries to make it harder to do because it sees it as something dangers.
@alexinfluence_ So true and I agree 1000%. It can make you have some resentment towards them. But i always gotta remember that they did what they knew best at that time.
@excelumeohana Your not having a complete sleep cycle with REM & all. But if you sleep and wake up not feeling tired, You’re good. But many might disagree
