@RevolutApp Sadly you haven't tried to help him at all yet. He sent details as requested and you haven't replied to his email about why a fraud is his fault? I imagine others may be interested in that.
@RevolutApp He has emailed you several days ago as requested and heard nothing back. So why does @RevolutApp support those commiting transaction fraud over customers who report it to help?
@RevolutApp Your reply to him has been that you investigated and the fraudulent charges were comfimred by him. One small charge then a larger one. Typical fraud pattern. Not sure how that is confidence inspiring for anyone with you.
@RevolutApp So when my father recently saw a transaction for Β£1 (likely test of card details obtained in a data breach) then another for around Β£40 to a fitness app. why have you disregarded it and said no fraud fault and he has lost his money? When the police see it as fraud?
@RevolutApp Would recommend people look into the Revolut policy on card fraud. Seems the response to any cash fraudulently withdrawn from your account, is that it offers no protection of funds held and stolen.
