A Ukrainian An-196 is seen hitting a building under construction in Moscow. Kremlin proxies are claiming it was deliberate.

The more logical explanation is that Ukrainian and Russian drones have been programmed to fly lower routes over time to avoid air defenses and the strike planners were not aware of a new vertical obstruction along the chosen route.

Otherwise, one must assume Ukraine purposely wasted of a valuable asset that made it to the center of Moscow.

Brilliant work by the Special Operations Forces (SOF), the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU), the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF), and the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR). Last night, a fleet of Ukrainian drones—including, of course, the FP-1 — struck the Moscow Oil Refinery, one of the Russian capital’s key processing facilities. A massive fire has been reported. Deep Strike units of the Special Operations Forces, together with the USF, SSU, and GUR, successfully struck the Moscow Oil Refinery. A massive fire has been reported at the oil refinery.

The Moscow refinery is of key importance to the Russian capital and the entire central region. The facility’s design capacity is up to 12 million tons of crude oil per year. The refining depth is up to 85%. The plant supplies up to 40% of Moscow’s gasoline needs and about 50% of its diesel fuel needs. The refinery is also a vital component of aviation fuel logistics for the Moscow aviation hub.

Special Operations Forces continue to inflict irreversible damage on the enemy’s military-economic infrastructure.

While Russia is killing peaceful Ukrainians in their own homes, destroying the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and hundreds of other historical and sacred sites — we are striking oil refineries, factories, and oil depots. Not residential neighborhoods. Not churches. Not people. The military-economic machine that fuels this war.

Because that is the whole point. The Russians are damned swine who seek genocide, who come to wipe entire nations off the face of the earth along with their cities, shrines, and memories. And we want only one thing — to destroy the threat posed by the Russian Empire and live peacefully on our own land. Not to conquer what is not ours, not to burn others’ holy sites, not to kill other people’s children. Just to live.

That is why every oil refinery we burn is not revenge. It is the methodical stripping away of the enemy’s very ability to wage war. And we will keep doing this until the Russian Empire is completely destroyed.

There is not enough anti-ballistic missile production in the United States and this could lead to a crisis in different parts of the world. Russia is ramping up its internal production of ballistic missiles. I sent a letter to the White House and to the U.S. Congress. I hope they will understand and respond.

60–65 anti-ballistic missiles per month, compared to current challenges, is nothing. It is no secret and Russia knows this. We need to expand the production. I asked the previous U.S. administration, and I am asking today’s administration to give Ukraine licenses to produce Patriot missiles.

We can increase the production of Patriot missiles. This will help us. This will help the Middle East and any other country that the United States decides to help. Until we produce a European anti-ballistic system, we will need support from the United States.

Vehicles are a commodity. We've tracked vehicle losses in Ukraine for years, including light-skinned vehicles such as vans and pickup trucks. Those who follow us know and understand the attrition rates.

The scale is immense. In the first 22 days of April alone, we tracked 931 losses in this category (cars, pickups, SUVs, and vans, combined).

As our followers know, video analysis captures only a fraction of the total losses. While some of these vehicles are ultimately recovered and repaired, many are abandoned, stripped for parts, or destroyed. This is the reality of war.

Support for Ukraine means funding and supplying these vehicles.

Why Vans? Cargo In → Casualties Out
Inbound: Vans protect sensitive cargo, such as electronics, from dust, mud, and rain.

Outbound: Once goods are delivered, these vehicles provide a protected, enclosed space to evacuate the wounded for treatment.

The Goal: $100,000
We are raising funds to purchase, repair, and prep vans for Khartiia and another secret special unit.

The budget covers the purchase price, mud tires, spare parts, and technical preparation required for front-line deployment.

This is the first fundraiser spearheaded by my data collection and mapping project, Ukraine Daily Update, in association with volunteers at Tochnyi. To ensure total transparency and professional logistics, we are partnering with Liberty Ukraine, which will handle the backend and 501(c)(3) status.

Основні поставки ще попереду, але вже є результат – окупанти перекривають критично важливу логістичну артеію до окупованого Криму, забороняючи рух цивільних вантажівок через КПП "Джанкой".

Рекомендую ворогу одразу закривати і решту пунктів пропуску. Все одно їх не буде.

KASPAROV: Dictators always lie about what they've done, but very often tell you exactly what they're going to do. Mein Kampf was published in 1925, and it was a blueprint. Nobody took it seriously in 1925.

In 2005 Vladimir Putin, already in his second term as Russian president, in control of Russian nukes and enormous amount of money, addressed Russian Duma and Senate. He said bluntly, "The collapse of the Soviet Union was the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the 20th century."

Vladimir Putin made it very clear then, and for those who didn't want to hear him saying it in Russian in Moscow, he repeated it in 2007 at Munich Security Conference, looking straight in the eyes of Bush 43 and all other leaders of free world.

For those who couldn't hear him, the next year he attacked Republic of Georgia. So Vladimir Putin's goal was, is, and will be, and there's no indication he's changed it, to restore the glory of Russian Empire, which means to push NATO back to 1997 borders.

That was a part of the ultimatum that Vladimir Putin laid down back in 2007 and put again on the table in December 2021. Ukraine is the main target now, but it's not the ultimate goal.

The problem is Europe still doesn't want to recognize it. We're still talking about hypotheticals. This is not a threat. This is a menace.
