There’s so much more in the manga. My first manga was sailor moon in 1997; had some series from Yuu Watase; and my big investment in time was definitely Bleach. I think I’ve read over 600 different manga series since the 90s. My biggest take away is lots of censoring, and they omit so much backstory and interactions.
