There is something refreshing about hearing former employees speak so fondly of a company they joined at inception.
@GbemiAbudu’s crisp and insightful @Nairametrics piece on @Anap_Jets brings to mind the many @StanbicIBTC alumni who have shared fond reflections on their time there.
There is immense satisfaction in knowing that you have touched lives, mentored young professionals and played a part in shaping their journeys. That, perhaps, is one of the most enduring measures of a company’s impact.
From pioneering fractional ownership in our region to taking delivery of West Africa’s first Embraer Phenom 300 aircraft, discover how the early commercial strategy and intentional company culture helped shape @Anap_Jets and build lasting client trust.

Proud to see our President & Founder, @AtedoPeterside,listed among Nigeria’s top 10 thought leaders in the 2026 GREY Capital Index by Podhium (via @thecableng)!
The ranking claims to have assessed depth, originality & influence.

During my interview with Alwan Hassan, APC Presidential Campaign Council spokesman, on Arise TV’s Prime Time, he alleged that “a lot of ministers pay billions and billions” to secure appointments, and then enter office thinking about how to recover their money.
I pressed him on the issue and reminded him that these are ministers that have been put there by the APC.
He said the practice predates the APC. That makes the allegation even more serious.
Who allegedly collects these billions? Who pays? Who is selling public appointments? And are Nigerians ultimately made to pay for it through corruption?
If these claims are true, they demand a credible investigation. If not, Mr Hassan owes Nigerians a clear explanation.
Who are the alleged beneficiaries, and will anyone be held accountable?
Public office is a public trust, not a private investment to be recouped at taxpayers’ expense.
The killing of 15 farmers in Borno is a painful reminder of the human cost of insecurity in Nigeria. We must not normalise violence or become indifferent to its victims. These were not only farmers, but people’s siblings, parents, friends and children. Every life lost matters, and every Nigerian deserves to live and work in safety.

#GoNigeria Advocate HH Muhammadu Sanusi II cited former Kaduna Gov @elrufai’s case via @channelstv as an example of concerns over legal processes & detention without conviction, stressing accountability and strong institutions.

Well said @seunokin. This is a mature and professional response and a timely reminder that we must reject violent rhetoric and uphold the right of the media to do its work freely and without fear.
As the campaign season gathers momentum, we must protect both freedom of the press and the right of every citizen to speak, question and participate without fear or intimidation. These freedoms are fundamental to a healthy democracy.

I am deeply disturbed by the killing of the renowned social media political commentator Ibrahim Khalil Dan Shagamu, whose body was found today in a pool of his blood at his home in Kano.
Dan Shagamu was brutally slaughtered in a horrific attack. I strongly urge the Kano State Government to immediately constitute an investigative panel to thoroughly probe this incident and bring the perpetrators to justice.
Should the authorities fail to take decisive and transparent action, the incoming NDC Government will, upon assumption of office, launch a full investigation and take all necessary steps to hold those responsible accountable.
I further call on both the State and Federal Governments to protect opposition voices from harm. The Nigerian Constitution guarantees freedom of expression for all citizens, and this right must shield everyone from threats, attacks, and intimidation.
The Nigerian authorities must ensure a full investigation and that those responsible are held accountable.
I extend my deepest condolences to his family, friends, and followers. May Almighty Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen. - RMK
@pmnewsnigeria , If you have any iota of credibility left, delete this falsehood.
What kind of rag-sheet journalism is this? Are you all that desperate for a praise from Oby Ezekwesili for the administration, @pmnewsnigeria that you decided to manufacture this barefaced lie as my word?
Please do yourselves a favor and watch my @NewsCentralTV interview to learn.

Further to my #OsunGuber2026 election night tweet reproduced (Image 4), I still believe that @inecnigeria owes Nigerians clear answers to 3 critical questions:
1. Why did result transmission freeze for nearly 3 hours (20:48 hrs–23:42 hrs ) on the Election night? Why the sudden rush of 236 results in less than 1 minute right after that (Image 1)?
2. Why were 51 polling unit results uploaded ONLY after declaring a winner (Image 2)?
3. Why are 11 polling unit results still missing on IReV even TODAY (Image 3)?

Good attempt.
For the record, I was never on the Board of FSDH.
Amongst Nigerian quoted companies, I was once on the Board of:
Seven-Up Bottling Company PLC
Today's Spotlight: Atedo Peterside.

He's held Chairman/Director roles at:
• Art X Collective
• Cadbury Nigeria Plc
• Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc
• Nigerian Breweries
• Unilever Nigeria Plc
• Presco Plc
• Lekoil Limited
• Mobil Oil Nigeria

In Public Service:
He was a member of the National Economic Management Team during the administration of President Umaru Yar 'Adua and President Goodluck Jonathan.
He was also a member of the National Council on Privatisation (NCP) and was the Chairman of the NCP's Technical Committee.
He was the Chairman of the Committee on Corporate Governance of Public Companies in Nigeria which crafted the first Code of Best Practices for Public Companies operating in Nigeria. The Code was published in October 2003.
He's a worthy mentor for the younger generation.
@AtedoPeterside@inecnigeria The election is not a scorecard for INEC, but for the Osun residents that stood their ground against intimidation - before & during the election & for being alerting for their votes to count, it doesn't change the fact that there was rigging, bribery, delay in uploads & attacks.
Some of us refuse to get carried away by the #OsunGuber2026 Election result.
The only thing it really proves is that a large voter turnout (43.4% in Osun is high by recent Nigerian standards) is the best antidote to rigging and that we must all join hands to hold @inecnigeria's "feet to the fire 🔥"
As at 8.50am on the day after the elections (today), INEC's IREV had 98.35% of the results uploaded instead of 100%. INEC must still explain why they have NOT uploaded the results from 62 Polling Units out of 3,763 Polling Units i.e. notwithstanding the fact that those results are now largely inconsequential because Governor @AAdeleke_01 has already won.
#Osunvotes2026 #GoNigeria
Dear @inecnigeria , thank you for releasing the results from 3,612 Polling Units in the #Osun Governorship Elections i.e. 95.99% of the results by 2am approx. Please release the results of the remaining 151 Polling Units. We are still watching. We also believe you owe the nation an explanation as to why it took you longer to collate the last 13% of the results than it took to collate the first 87%. Was there a "glitch" ? #Osunvotes2026 #GoNigeria
I am glad that credible & experienced voices like Senator @SolaA63524 are no longer willing to accept what's going on with judicial selectocracy in elections in #Nigeria. Some day we will achieve political critical mass on this issue & then....!!
Dear @inecnigeria , many of us have been monitoring your Osun Governorship Election result uploads on your IREV. Why have your uploads stopped at 87.48% for some hours now ? If you could show us 3,292 Polling Unit Results with little or no alterations, why are you unable to show us the results from the remaining 471 Polling Units? It is now past 10pm #Osunvotes2026 #GoNigeria
In my @ARISEtv interview today (See Video), I pointed out that youths should come out and vote massively, as this constitutes the ultimate nightmare for electoral riggers. If votes truly do not count, politicians would not be seeking to buy votes.
@inecnigeria and our security agencies are on trial in today's Osun Governorship Elections. Citizens must demand a secret ballot because it is their right. @inecnigeria must not fail to upload 95% of the Polling Units results on its IREV Platform for all to see by 6pm today. No more excuses
