It’s the phones. Start watching things at their actual speed is a great start.. Try to watch movies, films and be in company without picking up your phone. Retrain your brain to be present, in real time and engage. Getting your attention span snd focus back can be done!
This year has taught me that a good year can also be a hard year. I've held joy and pain in equal measure. The joy hasn't made it less painful and the pain hasn't made it less joyful. it’s the year I learnt what it means to hold all things in a delicate balance.
