@CityFibre @VodafoneUK now 3 weeks since install and no broadband. Fault lies with @CityFibre according to @VodafoneUK and no meaningful update from either. Support forms don’t provide any update all I’ve had is radio silence. Reports on way to regulatory bodies.

@VodafoneUK ordered fibre broadband and had it installed last Friday. 5 days later still no active broadband and been escalated to 2nd tier support. Msg today to say being charged on 17th? Don’t think it’s fair to charge for a service I’m not receiving? #CustomerService #poor
