I just built a branded IG carousel generator in Claude Code 🤯
One brand URL + one product name = 6 finished carousel slides.
The kind an agency charges $2K to produce.
All inside Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands, agencies, and mobile app operators who need on-brand social content without briefing a designer or waiting a week for revisions.
If you're building IG carousels manually — writing copy in Notion, designing in Canva, exporting slides one by one, going back and forth with your creative team for days...
This tool eliminates the entire loop:
→ Drop in a brand URL and product name
→ Claude scrapes the site and extracts colors, fonts, voice, and positioning
→ Generates 6 slide concepts across proven carousel frameworks
→ Writes a detailed image prompt for each slide
→ Fires all 6 to ChatGPT Images 2.0 via FAL in parallel
→ Downloads finished slides + opens an HTML gallery
No Canva.
No designer back-and-forth.
No generic AI slop.
What you get:
-> Finished 1080x1350px slides ready to post directly to Instagram
-> Wavy color-blocked backgrounds, bold typography, product hero — all baked into the image
-> Brand-accurate colors and copy pulled from the live site automatically
-> A reusable pipeline — new brand, new folder, same 3-minute workflow
Built 100% in Claude Code.
I put together the full step-by-step playbook so you can build this yourself.

Copy the structure of this ad
1. Force the customer to self-diagnose
2. List the variants, he recognizes himself
3. Break down everything he's already tried
4. Reveal THE solution
5. Irresistible offer
The tool for step 5 in the comments 👇
Test this next for you brand:
AI Founder ads...
- Clone the founder
- Clone the founders' voice
- Replicate a nice set
- Write BANGER copy (most important)
- Edit in-house
- Add some nice b-roll
The result can be something like the below...
WINNER WINNER.

the end of traditional UGC?
AI is now officially beating UGC creators at their own game.
I just generated a high-converting ad in under 5 minutes. My new realism framework is so advanced that "authentic" creators can’t even compete.
seniors on FB are absolutely cooked... they can't tell the difference anymore.
this system is a cheat code—you can literally spin up a viral video like this for ANY product imaginable.
comment + RT “UGC” and I’ll DM you the blueprint.
(must be following)
this ad is 100% ai
8 minutes to make $0.60 in compute
no creator. no studio. no actor.
the realism layer keeps getting cleaner
if you saw this scrolling tiktok tonight you wouldnt clock it as ai
we're past the "is this real" phase
we're in the "does this convert" phase
brands running ugc and dtc campaigns on Affiliate Network are paying $2-3 per 1000 views for this exact format right now
real ugc creators charging $400 per clip are about to find out
drop "ugc" and ill dm you the realism stack im running this week (must follow so i can dm)
Claude Code can now watch & analyze ANY video 🤯
I built a skill that gives Claude the ability to watch any video file you drop in — UGC ads, competitor Meta ads, organic TikToks, screen recordings, anything.
All inside Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who study competitor creative every week to figure out what's working and what to test next.
Here's the problem:
If you're studying competitor ads on Meta or hooks on TikTok, you're scrubbing through videos manually, pausing to write down hooks, screenshotting on-screen text, and trying to remember what made the ad land by the time you've watched 10 of them.
This skill solves it:
→ Drop any video file into Claude Code
→ Skill routes it through the Gemini API for native video understanding
→ Returns a full creative teardown — hook breakdown, target audience, angle, beat-by-beat, on-screen text verbatim
→ Surfaces the steal-worthy patterns you can apply to your own creative
→ Same skill works on UGC ads, produced video ads, organic TikToks, and Loom recordings
No manual scrubbing.
No pausing every 5 seconds.
No $200/mo ad intelligence platform.
What you get:
- Native video understanding via Gemini (not just transcripts)
- Structured analysis — hook, angle, audience, pain point, CTA
- Verbatim on-screen text and dialogue with timestamps
- Hook variations generated directly from competitor ads
- About 27 cents per 30-minute video
Built 100% in Claude Code with the Gemini API.
I recorded a full breakdown showing exactly how I built this and I'm giving away the skill for free.

This video is 100% AI
Fully realistic product-in-hand ads, natural creator motion, Pinterest-level aesthetics, seamless product integration, powered by AI.
- UGC cost: $0
- Tech: VEO & Kling AI
- Production time: Minutes
One AI workflow that clones high-performing Pinterest vibes and swaps in your product for instant, scalable video ads.
Comment + RT “VEO” and I’ll DM you the full workflow.
(Must be following)
>Your creative died
>You went on X to see if anyone else faced random Meta performance drops.
>You see someone recommend native ads.
>You think changing ad formats is your magic solution
That's exactly why the next ad will die too.
When an ad stops working, 90% of Ecom bros go straight to the format.
"What's the winning ad formats for supplements bro"
VSL wasn't converting, try UGC. UGC fatigued, try a static. Static flopped, maybe the hook wasn't "attention grabbing" enough.
You're diagnosing the wrong thing.
You can build an ad through two lenses.
Your lens - what you know about the product. The customer lens - what they actually feel.
Your winner worked because it was speaking through the customer lens. That's it.
You may not understand it because you just used some ripped content.
But when a creative dies and you switch formats without understanding what worked, you're just building a misaligned ad in a different skin.
Which is why a simple image ad can sometimes outperform a long "direct response" VSL.
We've made image ads that scale to $100k days and long direct response unaware VSLs that only got a few dollars in spend.
It may seem simple but it's just content that matched how the customer was already consuming organically and matches their current emotional state.
Ya'll will say the angle is dead, spend weeks tweaking your VSL scripts, working on the wrong thing the whole time.
The question isn't "what format do I try next."
It's "what was my winner seeing that I'm no longer seeing."
Your next winner is already in your ad account.
You just can't see it because you're looking at it through the wrong eyes.
Fix the lens first.
GPT Image 2 is actually insane
I made this video with the images from it and it looks so much better than NBP
but imo NBP is still way better
GPT was a pain in the arse to work with
>Constant NSFW tags (on gym pics)
>Cant create backgrounds like NBP
>Cant swap characters as good as NBP
>Less consistent
So yeh I’ll be sticking with NBP for now
Im going to test making the back grounds and character swaps in NBP
then changing them to higher quality with GPT though
The death of UGC with v5.1
My latest realism engine makes light work of influencer UGC videos.
In 30 minutes you can spin up ads like this without paying product costs, influencer fees & waiting weeks for the content… or for revisions…
If you’ve hired UGC before, you know 🤣
gpt-image-2 + Seedance just took AI realism to another level.
I've been testing this combo for a few days.
The output is genuinely hard to tell apart from real footage.
And the best part?
I automated the entire workflow.
One click. Same quality every time.
