@ACTFibernetHYD worst customer service experience, specially for payments everyone’s said they will resolve the issue but no one is contacting, I’m still facing the issue and the worst part is they suspended my account and I paid for my compensation bill to reactive my account.
Can you please look into this or do you really wish to see yourself into the consumer court?
I'm expecting a permanent solution to this issue or refund me the complete amount for the six months that I have paid so that I can change my service provider.

I've been calling your customer service literally every day past few weeks, only then they restore the connection for a few hours. After a few hours, the problem continues. I've been working from home and this is seriously impacting my productivity. /1
