Two things just went live.

A 1-minute round that isn't up or down.

We checked 5,600 one-minute BTC candles:
→ next minute repeats the last direction — 48%. A coin flip.
→ but a big minute follows a big minute — 54%.
At 60 seconds, the direction is noise. The size isn't.
So the 1M round draws a band around the opening price and asks one thing:

INSIDE — price finishes in the band.
BREAKOUT — it leaves. Either way, don't care which.
