Why leave visually impaired students in Africa Behind? We have to change the narrative where only 5% of adults with a disability can read or write in Africa #IXAM

Currently, about 1 billion people do not have access to Assistive Tech. By 2030, this number will double and for Africa it will not be a good story if we sit and not do anything. This is why I led @TechEra_Gh to launch the #ATMakerspace

In 2030, there will be 2 Billion pwds who will need assistive technology. We want to ensure that Africans with disability are not left out by providing affordable #AssistiveTech

That is the percentage of children with disabilities who are not in primary school.
