The fix is treating all 3 parts as one single narrative arc.
App Store = Promise (Why this app exists)
Onboarding = Personalization (How this app fits into your life)
Paywall = Access & Value (Why unlocking this right now makes sense)
Stop restarting the funnel at every screen.
Most app builders make a silent conversion killer mistake:
They fall into "The Reset Loop"
They treat the App Store, Onboarding, & Paywalls as three separate pitches instead of one continuous journey.
Here is why your funnel is probably repeating itself, & how to fix it🧵
Then they hit your Paywall.
At this exact moment, the user isn't asking "What is this app?"
They are asking "Is this worth the cost?"
When you dump a laundry list of repeated features on them, you create cognitive load.
More text = more confusion = harder decision = drop-off.
@irfansenercom Tho it completely depends on the genre. But yeah native apps have a different vibe. Zero-overhead access to hardware, performance, no bridge bottlenecks, small app size, no wrapper dependency & standard rendering (UX) etc. etc. to count some of the pros.
