When I called on the first day the agent told me they were having some system issues, next day a different agent had to create a case for me and since then no one has picked my call.
What's going on.

@EcobankGhanaPLC, I've tried withdrawing some cash from your ATM, the system rebooted exactly when it was supposed to issue the cash to me. The amount was deducted from my account, but I didn't get the cash and it's been 3 days I've received no cash reversal.

I was not withdrawing cash from a merchant nor was I attempting to make any online payment, this just popped up on my screen prompting me to enter my momo PIN for a payment I've no idea about.
