The Power of Three: You Need Two Peers as your peer support force!!! This is the biggest mistake I made as a new hire!!!! You need two peers as your peer support force!!! Excluding Your Manager. You are you, your manager is your manager.

Tactic2: Fight Fire with Fire.

Tactic 1: Reverse the Cost/Benefit Ratio: Bullies don’t like to suffer. Reverse the cost/Benefit ratio they expect when they take you on.

Again, do not be silent when they taunt you.

You cannot bite your tongue when being bullied. Jerks interpret your silence as concession and behave as badly as you let them!!!

Use “you” statement to be directional: Stop insulting me. Speaking honestly won’t change your bully, it boaters you to hear yourself saying what needs to be said.

Step Forward and Voice Your Views. You have to do this to show that you are not fragile, passive, or powerless. You are not just letting events happen to you and silently allowing bully to walk all over you.

Never share with anyone your weakness, because 99%people will use it against you!
