@MAKS_Diogenes If your goal is hypertrophy then I agree with you, reps don't really matter. But for heavy strength training I think it's good to count reps, otherwise it can get confusing to track your progress.

@briandr66975679@HEPennypack1 There are trade offs with every country. Japan if you want safety, pockets of Italy if you want a simple life. The biggest draw for America is you make the most money here but it seems like that is changing.
