Autumn Metcalf, a queer Black former Kennedy Center employee, alleges managers tracked her bathroom breaks, singled her out because of her race, and retaliated when she spoke up. 15-year-old Javits Frimpong was fatally shot on his way to school in the Bronx. His father believes the killing may be tied to bullying his son endured. He brought Javits from Ghana for a better life, only to lose him to violence. NO child should have to fear for their life on the way to school!

East Davidson High School canceled its varsity soccer season after a video surfaced reportedly showing someone yelling “Attention everybody. Make noise if you hate n——” with others on the bus responding. A soccer season means NOTHING if we’re losing the battle against hate! This kind of hateful, reprehensible conduct can NEVER be excused or normalized!

58-year-old Republican congressional candidate Brent Taylor is calling allegations that he sent unsolicited nude photos, some as recent as 2021, to multiple people “youthful indiscretions.” The Memphis district deserves a representative who RESPECTS the people he serves.

And if this wasn’t bad enough, in 2024 Taylor sponsored the law that wiped out a police reform Memphis passed after Tyre Nichols’ death.

State Rep. Justin Pearson is the leader Memphis needs, especially now that Republicans have redrawn Tennessee’s only majority-Black district, weakening Black voting power. Vote Justin Pearson for Tennessee’s 9th Congressional District! https://t.co/XtghJ7p2C0

Reps. Velázquez, Ocasio-Cortez, and Frost joined Puerto Rican organizers, labor unions, and community leaders in Kissimmee to rally behind Angie Nixon's U.S. Senate campaign. When the community unites behind the right candidate, change becomes possible. Florida, get out and vote!
