Had to get into the bear’s cage to get a vantage point of this bizarre rain-wrapped tornado near Ideal, South Dakota.

The occlusion — or squeeze of cold air wrapping around it — is both what helped it form and what brought it upon its swift demise.

One interesting aspect of the Andover, KS EF3 tornado from 2022 is a container that did an entire loop around the tornado and landed about 600 feet from where it was originally.
