Rant: What is up with the Auburn fan base? I get being frustrated the LSU game wasn’t competitive, but all you guys do is complain.

We get delivered a win vs Georgia last week. Fans come to this game with no energy, NOT wearing orange when it’s an orange-out game, and after we lose, start calling for the heads of coaches, specifically DJ Durkin (who is the only reason we’ve been competitive for the past two years), when last week you were doing nothing but praising them. Every Auburn fan I know said they would be happy with 1 win out of this 4 game stretch, but we get a taste of success and now that isn’t the case.

The KENTUCKY WILDCATS home crowd has way more energy than us and they haven’t been relevant, well, EVER prior to this year. That is completely unacceptable. You guys want Auburn to go back to the way it was, but the fan base isn’t what it was. Cheering loud against the opposing team 3 seconds before they snap the ball? Yeah, that’ll get ‘em. Hating on our own players? No wonder NO ONE wants to come here.

And if I hear another person complaining about G6 players. Use your brain. We were missing 30 players on the team and we’re AUBURN UNIVERSITY with no recent success. You want SEC transfers after what we’ve shown them the past 5+ years? Ok.

All this to say it’s time for a change. Thanks.
