Find a non running car on FB and buy it.

Post it of FB marketplace saying if you can fix the car you can have it.

Once they fix it tell them you don’t want to sell the vehicle anymore.

Then post it back on FB Marketplace for full price.

@zzarakkk If you buy new or close to new I totally get it, but you can genuinely find vehicles that loose very little value or even appreciate in some cases with vehicles 5-10 years old. Flip out of them in a year and repeat. It’s been working for me. Sick Turbo S 💪🏻

@ZachAltmyer Love Ollie’s, but I notice almost Everytime they get in new product everyone price tanks hard leaving a lot of the items not profitable short term. Especially in health and beauty. Still profitable though if you hold live I’ve had to do sometimes.

@shawngorham I’m in the junk removal business, dumpster rentals are ROUGH. You’d have to have at least 6 roll offs in addition to the truck to do 2 rentals a day. Standard rentals are 3 days. Junk removal is EASY to clear 1k a day with no down time. Did both JR is so much better IMO.
