Perhaps rather than fundamentally redesigning how some of these very traditional industries work in the near future, the focus should be on incremental technology improvements that are cost effective, and a potential drop-in solution without changing existing infrastructure.

Our site visit last year to @Holcim’s Höver cement plant, where portfolio company @CoolPlanetCPT completed their pilot CO2 capture project. CPT are working with Hereon, part of @helmholtz_en, to commercialise their proprietary membrane technology after a decade of development!
