I expect Nigerians to have learned over time to prioritise certain values based on our current situation.

I wonder why "fluency of speech" and "political wisdom" are more appealing to us than integrity, prudence, meekness, and compassion.

Those who claim this man is just another regular politician are either dishonest or genuinely uninformed.

Ultimately, the kind of leadership we hail and support reveals our personal values and principles.

One thing I discovered in my visits to South East is that if you as an Igbo man maltreats a stranger, you will be severely dealt with.
If on the other hand a stranger offends you, they will beg you to pardon him or her, that he/she is a stranger.
This phenomenon is captured by many proverbs. I will share three:

1. 'Ojemba enweghi iro' it means a traveller doesn't have enemies, Ndi igbo are born travellers so how can they be hostile with people in their region knowing those people will avenge in their own region.

2. 'ogbu onye biara na be ya adighi ike' meaning he who kills his visitor is a coward.

3. 'Obialu bee mu abiagbula mu, mgbe oga ala mkpumkpu apukwala na azu'. - May my visitor not kill me and on his departure, may he not have hunch back!

Travelling indeed broadens the mind!

I am just kinda make it easier for people to adopt it. Having both means people on non smart phones uses sms/ussd, people on smart phones use scanning which they can easily do over typing and sending sms or ussd

@AdigweBright @the_beardedsina @NafdacAgency With the app, it will cost the nafdac and the user less,no payment for ussd or sms , API request via app is cheap as per data is used , but both can be implemented , if cost is the issue ,nafdac can push the cost per each ussd request to the manufacturer or the consumers

Ensure unique phone no.

Sometime this year, I made the grievous mistake of rushing a dying young man who had collapsed on the road to the hospital at the instance of a doctor who I had earlier called for advice, even when everybody chose to walk pass.

Unfortunately, upon reaching the hospital, the young man gave up the ghost. Out of protocol, I requested that the police be informed since I never knew the person involved, i was just trying to be a good citizen.

I was taken to incident the case at GRA Police station in Asaba. To tell you how wicked some officers of the Nigerian Police Force could be, I was instead accused of murder with my statement taken under caution. CSP Joseph Udoh, the DPO, told me he must deal with me for acting like ‘Jesus’. Those were his exact words. He bluntly told me that when he is through with me, if I see anybody dying again, I would walk pass, even after the deceased victims family had confirmed that their late son had an underlying condition.

I immediately understood why people make videos in such a situation and do not make an attempt to rescue the victim. It took the grace of God through a very very top government functionary for me to have escaped the murder charge that I was tagged with.

Even after the VVIP personally came to attest and ensure I was released, the Nigerian Police Force, through CSP Joseph Udoh of the Asaba GRA Division still emptied my account as bail money, I went home with only Two thousand Naira.

As the year comes to an end, I am using this opportunity to thank God for bringing me out of tha situation. Many people are still in prison for cases lesser than mine. My people, join me to thank God.

While many think having a "largest customer" is an asset, it's actually a company's biggest weakness. If you can feel a single customer leave, you're in a delicate spot. If you have a customer you can't afford to lose, you're in an even worse position. Now you're no longer a sovereign company making your own product, you're a consulting firm making custom software for that biggest customer, or others like it. Now you're tethered. Not good.
