@Osy_VP@KakandeAlex Let's agree that financially @KakandeAlex is correct. I also know that most (personal) decisions to invest or buy assets (especially first homes) are largely emotional. So the bonds gospel still has a long way to go.
@KakandeAlex My point being: they take a small loan to purchase the plot in Gayaza, then first repay and take another to start building the foundation, and another and so on. Pay back using earning from business or employment. You can not borrow at such prices to invest in bonds.
