@CelticFC Double was achieved because of MON, Sean & Fozzy, just pay them, I’m sure the board will be well compensated for not supporting MON last season.
@aboutceltic@sachatavolieri They’ll sell him in the last few days of the window then say they didn’t have time to get a replacement in and rubbing their hands at the profit made.
@yogijunior3@ACSOMPOD@PaulJohnDykes Can’t get through a Wednesday without a Yogi Rant, highlight of the day…
PS. Also loving the blogs, keep up the good work🙏
@CelticFC You’re having a laugh aren’t you? You want the fans to buy this to support the club re-invest the grand total of hee haw, when you don’t have the cahonies to come out and support the same fans not to mention staff after Sunday, thank god for fan media backing the fans…
@CelticGossip@CelticFC We shouldn’t even be considering Wilson, pay as you play deal tells you everything, we were supposedly going to pay £10M for Dolberg so why can’t we pay £5M for Franko Kovacevic?
Dermot Desmond said the following after the dismissal of Brendan Rodgers on 28/10/2025:
“What has failed recently was not due to our structure or model, but one individual's desire for self-preservation at the expense of others.”
Fast forward to now, and the so-called model has failed and failed badly.
Kyogo Furuhashi was sold 354 days ago.
His backup, Adam Idah, was sold 137 days ago.
We are now 16 days into the January transfer window, and the only concrete links to replace them are:
David Datro Fofana — who rejected us in the summer, wasn’t even a prime target, and was a late scramble then as well.
Callum Wilson — 33 years old, 34 in February, extremely injury-prone, and being looked at purely because he played in England and is FREE.
This “structure” and “business model” are clearly not fit for purpose. Once again, we’re relying on last-minute freebies and managers’ old contacts rather than proactive, modern recruitment.
We’re in a three-way title race, and on the face of it Rangers and Heart of Midlothian look to be recruiting with actual scouting, planning, and timely delivery while we drift past the halfway point of the window.
You can almost guarantee we’ll hit deadline day, scrambling for whatever scraps are left yet again.
At times, you’d swear blind the board don’t want a fifth title in a row or the chance of Champions League football at all.
What does AI think about how common this situation is?
From a PLC point of view, I hope folk appreciate how unprecedented this type of behaviour is. It’s genuinely stunning. An official statement is NOT the forum for a personal rant attempting to discredit & potentially defame a resigning senior employee.
