In-orbit servicing and space logistics are set to redefine how we operate, sustain, and scale space infrastructure.
Hear our Founder & CEO, Jay, take on the subject at India Space Congress 2026 in the session "From Docking to Recovery: In-Orbit Servicing & Space
Logistics."
They’re recreating space on Earth to build autonomous satellites that can dock in orbit.
We went inside @AuleSpace’s office in Bangalore and discovered:
/ Harsh lighting to simulate space
/ Dark rooms to train computer vision models
/ Clean rooms where every particle is controlled
Watch the full office tour below.
We had the honor of hosting AVM Manu Midha, Director General, Defence Space Agency (DSA) India and DSA team last week at our new office.
We shared about our dedicated RPOD labs, future plans, and discussed the in-orbit servicing capabilities that will shape space defence.
We’re excited to share that Aule Space has been awarded grant funding by @INSPACeIND, Government of India, to support the Department of Space (DoS)'s vision of bringing unprecedented autonomy to space missions.

Our Founder & CEO Jay, spoke at the DefSat Conference & Expo last month, alongside Lt. Gen. Dushyant Singh (Retd), Air Vice Marshal Pawan Kumar (Retd) sir and Col. Vikas Sadhotra, about the new capabilities that RPOD unlocks and share how Aule Space is filling the critical gaps.
Nasscom, in partnership with the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, had the privilege of hosting Senator Dr. Melanie Leonhard, Minister, Ministry of Economy, Labour and Innovation of the Free and Hanseatic City of @Senat_Hamburg , and her delegation in India. The engagement aimed to strengthen Hamburg–India innovation ties.
The session opened with welcome remarks by Madhusoothanan Vijay, Regional Director, @IndoGerman, followed by Senator Dr. Leonhard’s address outlining Hamburg’s economic and innovation priorities.
Shreya Sharma, Director & Head, Deeptech & Startups at @nasscom, presented India’s tech landscape and policy enablers, highlighting the rise of Deeptech, AI-led transformation, and global collaboration opportunities.
The spotlight then moved to startup pitches, featuring select Nasscom Deeptech startups along with @AuleSpace, Rhygen, Rekise, and YuVerse, each showcasing cutting-edge solutions across mobility and emerging technologies.
A panel discussion moderated by Professor Kabel on Scaling Innovation Across Borders explored partnership models, market access, and co-innovation pathways.
The agenda concluded with a coffee break and networking session, followed by a guided tour of Nasscom Deeptech’s startup ecosystem and the Centres of Excellence in IoT and AI, wrapping up with closing reflections.

- In-space assembly of large-scale space infrastructure
- In-space manufacturing & utilisation of resources/fuel
- Settlements on Moon / Mars
And the list goes on
We're excited at Aule Space to build RPOD technologies as a starting point, which will be at the centre of it all.
Aule Space represented the "in-orbit economy" segment of the private Indian Space sector at the Inve$t Space event organised by @INSPACeIND & @ankurcapital, alongside @DhruvaSpace, @EtherealXTech, @sat_sure, and @XovianAero, covering respective domains.
The next frontier of space will be in-orbit economy, and the use cases unlocking ahead will be super exciting:
- In-space servicing/refuelling of satellites & active debris removal
- Manufacturing of drugs & optical fibres in microgravity of space
- Data centres in space!
Aule Space has been awarded non-dilutive funding under the ELEVATE Program.
We are grateful for the @governmentofkar's support and were honoured to receive the felicitation from @PriyankKharge, Hon’ble Minister for Electronics, IT BT Department, Karnataka.
.@AuleSpace announced the closing of $2M in pre-seed funding to develop spacecraft that will be able to grapple onto existing sats in GEO (no preassembly required) and provide up to six years of extra propulsion.

This Bengaluru startup wants to change what's possible in space.
@AuleSpace is building autonomous satellites that can dock with and service other satellites (including legacy satellites that were never designed for servicing) using a proprietary sat-agnostic docking mechanism.
We've opened new roles for interns and FTEs to dock satellites in space. Please apply or share with your network!
FTE roles: Mechatronics, Avionics, Computer Vision & more
Internship: GNC, Mech, Avionics, Founder’s Office & Embedded Flight Software

We need the smartest folks to solve the hardest problems in space:
2 satellites flying at 7.5 km/s, approaching with near-0 relative velocity, balancing the dance of gravitational disturbances and control oscillations… and finally docking
