Many people are scared to help others because of bad experiences in the past.

People think there are no real benefits in spending our energy on other beings.

Since everything is about your ego and your life, it seems stupid to care for others who are not in your inner circle.

The ego tends to convince us of such narrow perspectives because that is the role of the ego: me me me and me.

The ego even labels other close beings as part of this “me me me” idea. We say “My” friends “my” family “my” possessions, so ofc the ego will only care about whatever benefits those “me me” limited thoughts.

When you zoom out enough, the “me” idea vanishes. It turns out that everything and everyone around you is a part of your being. Helping “them” means helping “you” (there is no you or them).

We are all one.

Throughout life, you will support a lot of random people because it feels right.

Do not seek to be recognized for helping out, do it without expecting anything.

Whenever you can, you help people.

Do not ever feel unappreciated by others if you help out and nobody praises you, thanks you or even recognizes you.

Keep on giving your love to others when it is asked from you and expect nothing.

The beauty of giving is the giving itself, not the appreciation that comes after it.
