@DoctorTurtleboy I universally don’t like attorneys speaking to the public during a trial or at the potential beginning of a new trial. It fans flames, it’s distasteful decorum, etc, etc. However, it usually doesn’t sway my take on the evidence or the client when an attorney does speak so boldly.
