@canadaposthelps So apparently your depot is deciding not to attempt mail deliveries whatsoever on their own volition. Are you a postal service or a notification service?

@canadaposthelps So you don’t even put packages on the truck if the buzzer isn’t on them? I have a directory at the entrance in which I am listed and left notices downstairs with my buzzer. See photos attached. This is an atrocious policy that you need to remove immediately.

@canadaposthelps I received an email notifying me that the package was unable to be delivered before the delivery attempt was even made. I checked my mailbox and nothing was there. 3 hours later the delivery person folded these buzzer notices into my mailbox and wrote on them
