A shocking observation from my visit to Somnath.
Yesterday I visited Somnath Temple and noticed something that many devotees should be aware of.
• Around 90% of the small businesses near the temple area are reportedly run by people from the Muslim community.

This means a significant portion of the money spent by Hindu pilgrims at one of the most important Jyotirlinga temples ends up supporting businesses that are not run by Hindus.

Time for Hindus to become more aware,support local Hindu businesses and strengthen the ecosystem.

• Many hotels and restaurants surrounding the temple are owned by the same community.
• Most auto drivers transporting pilgrims to and from the temple also belong to that community.
