The Auburn native started 51 games at the hot corner for UAB last season, showcasing elite plate discipline throughout his junior campaign. In 239 plate appearances during the ’25 season, Clay posted a 14% whiff rate and 89% ZCon, including 93% in conference play. He also led all qualified hitters on his team in Barrel% and SLG.
