@nytdavidbrooks I taught for 40 years and hen the education system here went away from hands-on education and more towards just sitting, reading and note taking it was detrimental to the boy population and the tuning out of the education system.

@Stratton1966 @TeslaSupport I will try, but I've already contacted the Palo Alto office who just send it to Las Vegas without bothering to fix anything. Las Vegas has me on the merry go around of not doing anything. Each communication takes weeks for response. I've offered to drive to Palo Alto-no response

@TeslaSupport My panels and batteries were installed in December, contractor changed the layout without my permission, I did not like the new change, and he caused the permit process to start all over again- another 6 weeks. I need help, still not running.

@Stratton1966 To matters worst, the contractor promised a soft start for air, left, I opened air, no soft start. I drew out a plan for the PowerWall placement because Tesla would not help. I got no help from Tesla- all my design. Plus, they trampled the garden.

@Stratton1966 Tesla, as Tesla hired the subcontractor. I've contacted the main office numerous times, messaged at website and tried to work with Las Vegas. Each communication takes days and weeks. All was installed in December. Text from Las Vegas, I answer immediately, get back in week.

@Stratton1966 The Tesla plan was 12 panels SW and 12 SE on two sides of the house- I liked. The contractor did not put any on the other side of the house and tried to convince me that panels were better on the lower part of the roof. The Tesla contract says work with customer. He didn't.

@Stratton1966 Just don't have Tesla install it. We had Tesla install panels that turned into a nightmare as they hire subcontractors. Started in August, still waiting for fixes.

@elonmusk Nightmare: In late August 2020 we ordered 24 panels and 2 PowerWalls with panel layout all good. The nightmare began when the subcontractor changed the panel layout without my permission and not how I liked. Now it is March with no changes and all stopped.
