Kidney failure is rising among young adults.
This is a general education post. It is not about any one person, and it is not medical advice.
Common contributors:
1Uncontrolled high blood pressure
2Diabetes
3Frequent painkillers
4Some herbal mixtures and bleaching creams that contain mercury
5Other or unknown causes
See a doctor if you notice:
•foamy urine
•passing much less urine than usual
•swelling of the face, legs, or feet
•persistent itching
•unusual tiredness or nausea
Do not ignore high blood pressure or high blood sugar because you “feel fine.” Early kidney disease often has no obvious symptoms. Tests matter.
Lifestyle change helps. It does not replace proper medical care.
If you are already very unwell, go to a hospital. Do not self-medicate.
Now I understand "some" actions of our
parents tbh. At this stage if I pay someone's
school fees and the person comes back with
last position, one of us go run mad.
