Then I did 42 minutes. Then 40 minutes. Then 35 minutes. I’m 30 days Into my fitness challenge and I can do the full loop from my car up one down the other back to my car in 34 minutes!!

Been on a 60 day fitness challenge. On my days off I’ve been seeing how fast I can go up the hard side and down the long side of Spencer’s butte. My first time was an hour and 5 minutes. Second time was just over 50 minutes. It took me like 5 more times to break 45 minutes.
