"It is important to continue to improve the data available so we can identify & address sources of gender inequality in the workplace." @KellyODwyer on Australian Government funding for @WGEAgency to upgrade its system to improve reporting on Australia’s workplace #GenderEquality
A great article highlighting there is still plenty of work to be done in achieving gender equality. AWRA is proud to be one of 17 industry groups as a founding member of @ausgenderequal and looks forward to increasing women's participation in the resources and energy industry.
We are proud to announce that the Australian Gender Equality Council (AGEC) launches today. @ausgenderequal is Australia’s 1st independent, national body dedicated to driving gender equality, and represents over 500,00 women & girls #ItsTime#genderequality#agec
As we continue supporting employers on their gender diversity journey to increase women’s participation in the resources, allied and related construction sectors to 25% by 2020, AWRA is excited to be a member of the soon-to-be officially launched @ausgenderequal.
Welcome to the week AND our official launch! In just over 24 hours, @ausgenderequal will be officially LIVE! Please get ready to share our messages and why we, a group of volunteers, are so passionately fighting for #genderequality in #australia! #ItsTime#countdown#agec
