Married life stays yours to steer. The Pregnancy screen now has a Family planning toggle. Turn it on to pause surprise pregnancies while you focus on career weeks. When you are ready to grow the family, Natural, IVF, and Surrogate starts from the Family tab still work in one tap. Existing saves default the toggle off, so nothing changes until you opt in.
