@virginmedia The test of any known issues said none known! Then I tested the BB, it said looks like you have problems reboot! Did that & still issues! all the error codes in the pics here. It wouldn’t let me chat online! I did the last issue before upgrading on WhatsApp! 😠 getting sick of it

@virginmedia Yep done all that numerous times over the last few weeks again. I upgraded a few months ago after having problems to the 1gig BB and have only ever had 500mbs when I check. It’s drops out all the time! TV won’t load ondemand most of the time. Annoying!
