Six minutes of high-intensity exercise substantially increases BDNF - a neurotrophic factor that helps keep the brain young.

Six 40-second intervals at 100% of VO2 max increased BDNF 4- to 5-fold more than light exercise for 90 minutes did.

@TexasAuthors @laurenthehough To find Michael Hawron's Larry King Live interview defending the The Children of God cult -- go on YouTube and type “michael anthony rick dupuy” OR “the family preachers or pornographers." At the time Michael Hawron went by Michael Anthony.

@TexasAuthors @laurenthehough Michael Hawron was a top leader in the pedophile cult, The Children of God (now called the Family International). If you want proof, you can see his 1993 interview with Larry King Live where he defended the cult. At the time Michael Hawron went by Michael Anthony.

@TexasAuthors @BAlanBourgeois thank you for looking into your author Michael Hawron (aka Michael Anthony, Tony, and Isaac Numbers) and being willing to do what is right.

@AETV I grew up in this cult too and I feel it is of great service to all of us any time one of us speaks up. It empowers the rest of us, and validates us. Thank you. Elizabeth Vargas, Amy, Ana, Anneke, and the other survivors - you handled this show with grace and courage.
