@CassThomps13 @AmberIsEditing Conversations with the people I trust who read my writing help a lot, plus getting out of that particular WIP by either writing something else or reading/watching existing stories. I also tend to drop a current scene and skip ahead 😅😅

#writingcommunity the last draft of my last novel is my brother's favourite book of all time... and it's not even finished yet!

@freyarunes Disney is an incredible model for storytelling!

Optimism and happy endings are beautiful; I think the only time happy endings don't work though is when they're shoehorned into a storyline for the sake of appeasing audiences rather than for organic reasons.
