@tickets_onsale (who doesn’t let anyone tag them) failed to put that the @mattrife show at @hardrockholly is 21+ (they changed it 48 hours later). I purchased tickets before they changed it and now we can’t go bc my daughter is 18 and they won’t do anything about it. Be careful

My son busted his butt for years to get Florida Bright Futures. An advisor at @RegistrarUsf told him to fail a class and retake so he did (and got a B) but he lost his scholarship. Financial aid: sorry, advisors don’t know about that. Should’ve read the entire handbook. Denied.

@BNBuzz is getting worse and worse. Received 25 damaged books and have emailed them five times over the last month and they won’t even respond to me aside from their automated message. Needed these books for a book signing. Definitely won’t be ordering from Barnes & Noble again.
