@adhdmomma ADHD was first mentioned in the early 1900s. In 1852 we discovered Mt Everest, I’m fairly certain it existed before we discovered it though!

@Jane_Harris77 @Autism @BBCNews Yes and emailing. I was told to google local support centres. So I did. We found one for my 6 year old called @APTCOO and after a few weeks I was told not to return again. There is nothing locally for adults. So I’m back to square one. I’ve been refused help from the NHS as well.

@querywhether @HowtoADHD I used to volunteer a lot of my time to advocating on Facebook (until I got shut down) so could recommend some pages? In my opinion you’re better off asking questions to several pages/ groups than paying a professional. Ask questions then research certain key words yourself. 👍🏻
