What does it really mean to say, “everyone is welcome”?

Autism Circle of Support had the privilege of taking Every Person Matters to St Andrew’s United Reformed Church, Brockley. 💙

“Autism affects the child.”

That sounds simple.

But families know the story is much bigger.

This is why autism support cannot stop at the child.

When we support the family, we strengthen the support system around the autistic person.

Sometimes, parents don’t need another opinion.

They need someone to listen without judging.

Because behind every diagnosis is a family learning, adapting, advocating, and doing their best every single day.

So before you speak, pause.

The hardest part for many students isn’t learning.
It’s being misunderstood.

On Thursday, August 13, 2026, we trained teachers to change that.

This session brought together educators, administrators, who are ready to embrace neurodiversity and build truly inclusive classrooms.

Acceptance is not the same as Inclusion.

The world says “They’re welcome to come.”
Inclusion asks “What needs to change so they can truly participate?”

Real inclusion removes barriers, not individuality.

Let’s stop just inviting... and start making space. 💙

Our Sensory Friendly Cinema Experience at Silverbird Cinemas, Lagos ,created a space where autistic children and their families did not have to sit life out to feel included. 💙
