We are unable to renew our broadband as we are told we are a hot site. Apparently we have a Transformer on our premises, this isn’t true. Can we please have answers!!

We are unable to renew our Broadband because we have been incorrectly listed as a hotspot? We were told it’s because there is a Transformer on our site which isn’t true. Please sort it out.
@SSE why do you feel it is Ok to cut off a whole Trading estates electricity for a day with no back up? In the past you have always installed an emergency generator, however now it seems that customer service has fallen to the back of your minds. The address is GU359HH
@SSE we have been told for the second time this year that our electricity will be cut off for the whole of our trading estate on the 6th Dec for the whole day because of maintenance. In the past whenever this happened you supplied the estate with a generator. Why not now?
@WeAreOpenreach I am contacting you directly because the fault hasn’t been fixed by open reach engineers. BT are constantly contacting Open reach but this has been going on for as I say over 2 weeks @Ofcom@btbusinesscare

You might all be interested to know that we have been without a phone at our business premises for nearly two weeks now, not one engineer has visited the site, we have been palmed off every time by poor customer service.
@WeAreOpenreach Yes @btbusinesscare are chasing this twice a day apparently and it’s been two weeks. Our number is 01420488588 can you please let my know why this hasn’t been fixed? @Ofcom can you please look into why we are getting such bad service?
So we have had over a week now of our phones messing around and @btbusinesscare promised me last night they weee on it now and will update me first thing this morning on what’s up.
Again nothing. So if you want a reliable phone provider it seems @btbusinesscare@bt_uk are not it.
@btbusinesscare still waiting for someone to get back to me this morning and was told it was going to be first thing. Customer service isn’t getting any better then.
@bt_uk we have had a problem with our phones for over a week now with no resolution.
You used to be the goto company, now the go away from company. I have not ever received as poor customer service from any company ever!
