• Tesla: 0 new incidents (15 total, Austin only)
• Waymo: +80 new incidents (1,790 total)
• Zoox: +5 new incidents

573 US Robotaxi units now confirmed, ~27% of Austin's fleet running Unsupervised. Zero incidents in 3 months while fleet size grows.
