Le service client de @flyingblue c est vraiment abyssal. Client gold/platinium depuis 8 ans et je pense que c est la pire experience de customer service. 7 semaines. 3 mails 10 coups de fils. Jamais la même reponse. Kafkaesque. Pourtant la premium line d @AirFranceFR c est bien
