@ItsZoil I often prioritize training my focus, so that i do not end up losing track of time, let alone anything important in life.

Hope this helps getting inspired to prioritize focus.

I was watching a VOD of @ItsZoil and Zoil said he wanted to fix his issue with low attention span.

As someone who trained focus in FPS games since childhood and absolutely avoided watching TikTok/Shorts and only watch regular format videos.

Try playing more FPS games.

@ItsZoil This is what i used to do in CS:GO with 110% focus.

Combined with absolute focus in the game.

I also keep track of minimap last locations the most, along with sounds in the game, i rely zero on voice comms as a result giving me full focus.
