Got in some good work this past weekend! In the circle, working on locating my change up on outside corner to both righties and lefties. At the plate, working on driving the ball to gaps. Excited for our tournament this weekend! @teampahall @teampafastpitch

Got in a good practice. At the plate, I’m working on driving the outside pitch to left field with power. In the circle, I’m working on getting more consistent with my drop so I can throw it in any count. I’m really starting to feel confident in it!

Made some adjustments to my windup at my pitching lesson and I can feel a huge difference. I hit a new PR of 64 mph! Really concentrating on hitting locations with all my pitches. The 9-square gives me some great feedback for hitting spots!
