South Africans, I think it’s time we stop just complaining on X and start using the institutions available to us.
Ive drafted a formal request asking the appropriate bodies to investigate the concerns surrounding Judge Stuart Wilson, including questions of judicial impartiality, disclosure and recusal in immigration-related matters.
I’m sending it to:
—Judicial Service Commission
—Judicial Conduct Committee
—Parliament’s Justice & Constitutional Development Committee
I’m making the template available for anyone who shares these concerns to copy, personalise and submit independently.
Template + submission details below 👇🏾
a British immigrant who emigrated to South Africa in 2002, spent his career fighting for immigrant rights and now holds South African citizenship alongside his British citizenship, is sitting as the judge who determines the immigration rights of other foreign nationals in South Africa. His very personal journey mirrors the journeys of the people whose cases he adjudicates. Whether or not this constitutes a legal conflict of interest, it raises profound questions about perspective, lived experience and unconscious bias that the judiciary cannot simply dismiss as xenophobia.
South Africans need judges who approach immigration cases with TRUE neutrality not judges who spent their careers fighting for the very people now appearing before them
164 votes in favour! 🌍🗺️ This is an emotional day for me. After making this case in three books and countless contributions over many years, the world has finally agreed: Africa must be seen in its true size. We did it! ✊🏾🎉

Johannesburg high Court Judge Is co-founder of SERI. How did they appoint this guy mara. Seri is a NGO that has been taking @CityofJoburgZA to court none stop. All judgements were in favor with Foreigners. Worse part wasn't even born here in SA 😪
The Gauteng High Court ruled in favour of an asylum seeker. But questions remain about the judge's perceived conflict of interest, given that he was not born in South Africa.
Is this a legitimate concern or not? Let's talk about it. @Princymthombeni

We just finished a phone call with Mr. Chauke, the elderly man who was brutally attacked and stripped of his dignity by a group of school-going bullies yesterday. A case is being registered as we speak, and we will begin our work. They will learn to respect the elderly.
After this, we’re going to the Soshanguve bullies. Then, we’ll rush to the one from Rustenburg noord who swears and promises to beat old people unless they let him assault them.
Asdlali la.
Let's work 💪🏿 🙌🏿

This is the young South African whose identity was stolen by Chidimma Adetshina's mother for the benefit of Chidimma.
To all South African supporters of Chidimma, this is your fellow South African that you are supposed to be supporting instead of supporting fraudster Chidimma
BREAKING NEWS | Former two-time world boxing champion Zolani Tete has been shot and killed outside his home in Mdantsane, near KuGompo City, Eastern Cape.
Tomorrow we are in court to support the Mayor that has supported us… he is being taken to court by Pakistanis and Somalis who are forcing him to allow them to trade in the City!!! Please join us tomorrow patriots 🙏🏻🇿🇦❤️
They first said I’ll March alone…
Then they said it will be over in 2 weeks…
Then They said we are a political party…
Then they got me fired from work trying to finish the movement and silence us…
Then they said we are a KZN movement…
Then they said we will be running for local government elections in 2026…
Then they said I would be a Mayoral candidate…
They sent the media and NGOs to spread propaganda about us being funded by Israel
Then they said by June 30 I would be arrested…
Then they paid to make June 30 not happen
Then they said after June 30 we would be over…
Now imagine if I had stopped from the Day they said I’ll March alone, would we be here???
March and March remains the first movement to hold government accountable and that citizens have a voice in a long time and we have organised ourselves in a way that allows us to meet and work with people that will strengthen that pursuit! We don’t make promises but we always promise to do our best…
While some of you believe that our lives are not in danger or this entire process is easy, it certainly is not and so much has been done even in our personal lives to destroy us but we kept going not because we want your votes but because we know that anyone who dares challenge the system will always find themselves in the face of destruction.
We said Until we win and we will‼️✊🏻🇿🇦
We must defend the country from NGOs used as proxies by foreign donors that want to impose their agenda on the domestic affairs of South Africa.
We are sovereign country and decisions taken must always be to the benefit and interest of South Africans NOT foreign agents.
